A very non serious moment in a serious outfit.
I'm simply in love with this.

Happy Birthday Dr. Seuss!

“In my world, everyone's a pony and they all eat rainbows and poop butterflies!”

Thelma and Louise take a ride

One of my jobs I have allows me to have pets at work.
Exciting right!?
I've had these turtles for 6 months, straight from their hatching.
When I decided to name them Thelma and Louise,
I knew they had to have a photo shoot.
What better way to photograph the duo
than going off a cliff in a convertible.
(Don't worry, no turtles were harmed in the making of these photographs)
So here they are,
Thelma and Louise...

New year, new post, new approach

I stopped blogging because I didn't think anyone was reading this blog.
I still don't think so, but you know what?
I'm going to continue on in the hopes that someone will find it
and enjoy it.
In hopes it brings smiles to the faces of others.
I started something this January entitled 365 reasons to smile.
Each day I take a picture of something that made me smile that day.
43 days into the year and I find myself with lots of reasons to smile everyday.
It's opened up a whole new look for me.
Well maybe not new, but something hidden inside me all along
has finally been uncovered.
I find myself opening up to be ME more so than before.
Letting the inner child out of me.
I recently was told I never left my childhood.
At first I took this as an insult
but then after much thought I take it as a compliment.
Not many adults can channel their inner child.
I'll never let mine go.
To get back into the blogging mode,
here goes with a few things that make me smile...

Happy Thoughts in Happy Places

This is something that was inpired from Color Me Katie
I liked her idea of spreading love and cheer
so I made my own
with many ideas
and once I started,
the ideas poured out
I began placing them in random public places.
I took pictures of one, and every now and then I will take pictures of more
I only wish I had time to watch someone find one and see their reactions.
